To many of you, this will be as obvious as a review of The Lord of the Rings (wonder if that's any good?), but I know there are still people out there who haven't read this classic, so I think it's worth posting anyway

Your review is so beautifully written. I feel like I'm reading from the point of the author who wrote The Artist's Way, almost like an extension of the book. I can see the book's touched you a lot and produced a wellspring of responses. I haven't read the book and I only first heard of it through Cate's journal, but it sounds like a book I might need at this current time in life.
So encouraging to receive a note this quickly, and such a kind, uplifting one. Thank you so much for being a friendly face, toriem!
Yes, I had many responses to this book, and there was a lot of healing involved. Also a bit of unexpected venting... not always very safe, or pleasant for your loved ones, but worth it in the end. If you do get a chance to read it, please let me know what you think.
Love your avy, and your page design, by the by. Between you and Cate, I'm really going to have to learn a few html commands.
Hey Katrina, you can call me Sharon if you want :) But yes, I'm trying to get back into writing so I'll need all the encouragement I can get. I'll see if they have the book at the library.
Thanks! I've been trying to learn photoshop and html stuff, but now I should probably let it take a backseat to writing.
Just wanted to add my encouragement. The AW program is not always smooth sailing, but I can really feel it helping in my life. I'm making progress, and it feels wonderful.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that your library has the book. ;-)

Hi Kat,
I haven't gone back to your review in a while, so I'm glad you chose to post it. This last week of the program has been a little rough for me, as you know, but I'm eager to hang in there, especially after such encouragement as this. I know that there's so much good to come if I keep at it. I know, because I've seen what it's done for you.
