Hang-over

The dizziness ended about four o'clock Wednesday afternoon; unfortunately, that's just when we were beginning our play run, and I had no chance to recuperate. But I've survived, did not make a fool of myself introducing the play, or drop the ball backstage, and I might even have learned a thing or two. Kat, I'm sorry to hear you've been having dizzy spells. You need to take care of yourself! And wow, that's so amazing that you have a play showing! You are one talented girl and writer.

Thank you, Sharon. I'm much better now; just amazing the kinds of things the human body can get itself into, and what little white pills can get you out of. I'm trying to get more rest now that the play has run its course.

And thank you for the compliment, although it’s not deserved. This isn't my play, although (unable to resist ego stroke) I have had some skits and plays produced by amateur companies, and I'm in the first semester of school for play writing. I'm just referring to my cast and crew as "mine" because I'm stage manager, and just possessive that way.
