wow, that's really expensive!!! just one more thing though...i'm not sure how FIT works, but i think to get resident tuition you have to have lived in the state for a certain amount of time (at least that's what it was for my friend in west virginia)...because technically everyone is a resident of NY when they go to the school haha

but congrats on getting into parsons!!!! i know it's not what you want to go to now, but that's awesome you got in!!

haha yeah you have to live in NY for a year. I guess it depends on when I'll be attending the school--like I could work and live in NY for a year, then attend school or attend school for one year and pay the out-of-state costs and then for the second year pay the in-state costs (it's a 2 year program), etc. Or I could attend the one year program etc etc...Yeah, there are a lot of kinks to work out haha.

I have to go to NY again because the office was closed...

Im glad you got into Parsons but WHY is it SOO expensive!!????? thats kind of insane >_> Now the $27,000 for two years at Waseda that I was complaining about seems like nothing!

Well I hope FIT (haha dumb name) is good.. Parsons is just a bigger name im sure.. and alot of times that means the faculty are bitchy and the students are stuck up, so FIT may end up being better anyways.

haha I know it's really expensive (but it also includes the living costs so...) Tuition for a year is something like $32,000.

Yeah I was looking at the FIT brochure and it seems like they're more 'down to earth' looking...? And haha yeah about the stuck up thing; I know a lot of rich people (who don't necessarily have talent? haha) go to Parsons so at I'll be spared of that at FIT. (haha I'm going to have to privatize this entry just in case later)
