What do people in Austin, Texas do on a dreary,drizzly chilly Saturday in late February? They get into their cars and drive around. I had to get from north Austin to south Austin and it took damn near an hour in bumper to bumper on Lamar. I wanted to stop at Cheepos for my Derby tickets but there was absolutely no parking anywhere. During the week
