I sent a complaint to the Hamilton Street Railway about one of their drivers. In retrospect, it probably would have been a good idea to wait until I'd calmed down a bit to send the message. I'm not sure how well the HSR will take to my referring to one of their operators as a "surly meat-mountain".

Nothing so much happened, per se. I just don't like the cut of his jib. He's got a nasty scowl and he always prolongs the ride him by making an unscheduled stop at the variety store to stock up on Doritos. Which he doesn't need. Trust me.
