definilty look sheepish. unless you had seen me biting on my steering wheel while beating my windsheld in fustration because no-one would let me out and you so kindly stopped and created a fair size of a gap enough for say my whole car to get through, then i would wave and thank you.

In this end you've got to tailgate the person in front of you to form an endless convey because people will take whatever chances they can get. If you leave so much as half a car length, someone who's turning left from the opposite side of the street will zip through SURPRISE!!!1 guaranteed. I'll let people in either to pass or to merge if they're being patient. If you wedge or pull that slowly-idling-forward crap I'll T-bone you so fast you'll think you ended up at the butcher shop.

haha the bitch that Joe, Ben and I hit did that. Jumped turning left out of a plaza because the right lane had a gap in it. Too bad for her (and us) we were in the left lane and there was no traffic. Yes she drove a brand new Lexus and we were in a K-Car. Both cars written off and it was her fault :)

Hrmm they take credit cards and PayPal. You don't need to know a username, they have a gift certificate thingy set up for people who have friends who have dorks. I'm not overly worried as I do have PayPal, I just hate that I would have to wait 6-8 business days for the money to transfer over. With my spending habits, I could be living in a box in 6-8 for all I know... stupid PayPal.
