thanks for linking the graphic. I confused it with the "honey" when I said Sheldon wins over Leonard, but still, she doesn't say it to anybody the way she says it to him :=)

Yes, of course she didn't say "no" to the date. That would have kill us and I have the suspect the writers want to play with us a little bit more... But alas, if they got us mad, that will be reflected on Comic-Con, just saying...xD Anyway, let's enjoy the 5x12 (I even enjoy the promo, the part when Amy is angry with Sheldon, we can see a little bit of Penny behind them and how Sheldon looks at her worried about what Amy is saying to him like: "you see this, Penny? Help me, I'm not that bad...:(" )

Yup, she never said no to the date and the fact that Sheldon was convinced that he was the guy speaks volumes that he is observing her and was prepared for her to agree with him.

I also noticed that he turns to look at Penny instead of paying attention to Amy plus the whole 'you'd be lucky to have me as a boyfriend' line.

I'm still convinced the "date thing" is like on Friends at the end of season 3 when Monica told Chandler he wasn't boyfriend material after he asked her out. It totally reminds me of that. And they did get together. So. I'm never giving up hope. At least we get the episode tonight. Then... it's all going to be like the episode with the bird (I'm too lazy to scroll and check the title lol; it was just so bad). I've never been so bored with a tbbt episode. And I've never felt this awkward - the episode left me with a feeling of awkwardness and wrongess. Lenny just somehoe doesn't fit, it doesn't work.

That is so true about M&C and they were together for good once they were together, so in that sense, I say let them be M&C but since everyone wants a R&R, we cant let that be lenny so it can be shenny. i talked about this alot with another user today, I am convinced minus the sex and stupidity, they are modleing sheldon after joey. so i am just hoping because they are not doing two of the main things he was known for... they wont just toss him with penny to break them up
i have about 6 examples now of "joey" moments that are "sheldon" moments, i think i am due for another comparison thread soon :D so excited, new eppy in a bit over a hour! WAHOO i know, i am gonna be so bored and that bird one was pretty lame. the next two weeks i may just watch it sometime after i record it because i dont care when i see them

I would very much to read a comparison between Joey and Sheldon! That sounds very interesting; I always compared him to Chandler, but that might be because Chandler was my favorite then and Sheldon is my favorite on tbbt ;) (never cared much for Joey). So I certainly hope to read that. I wouldn't want Shenny to be Ross/Rachel-like... it doesn't have to be an exact replica after all. They should just give us something. I'm already sick, thinking about the next two episodes. Makes it almost hard to enjoy this one today. Even though I'm really excited for it! We should probably spam Bill Prady with how great the Shenny is tonight and then how terrible the Lenny is lol
