Hopefully, it's just a cyst. My dad's had a few of those, all in the same spot. If that's what it is, it'll go away with some (unforunately) painful treatment...if not O_O *hugs*

Dear ol' mom looked at it and said it was a swollen gland. So far none of the posibilities sound fun.
