-several house break ins (never ours, but people closeby)
-people stealing gas out of our cars
-Constant police helicopter fly overs
-two occasions where said police heliocopters have instructed us to stay indoors because they were chasing people down with dogs
-Suck ass neighbors
-Cooler house with more space nearby
