comcast arbitration policy

I know some of you out there are comcast customers, and as such you have recently received mail that you haven't read.  in this disposed mail was a policy change that unless acted upon, limits your ability to sue comcast to practically zero.

if you would like to retain your right to sue the company, this is the form you need to fill out, saying
