I thought we could recommend fics here. It seem that we have a lot more facilities in messaging when you are posting to a journal, and other people and can join us too if they want too. I really liked Farringham 1913. It was nicely written. I was never a fan of The Family Blood episodes because it was so unfair to Martha, but I always had a ( Read more... )

Yes I loved all of those! The last one being really cracky and fun. There's a really good crack fic called Happy Birthday, Emo Time Lord by Nostalgia. (and if someone can inform me on how to include links I would love that as I am html inept). It’s shows how up himself 10 is in a funny way.
Another great one is Nothing But Flowers by Vali. It’s angsty, but I’m a sucker for raw, angry emotion between 10/MJ because we got nothing during the season. Plus there’s really steamy sex in flowers so you can’t beat that!

I only know how to link when you are posting a journal entry to your own journal or another community. When you are posting an entry (NOT when you are replying to a comment)There are two formats. Rich text and HTML. Rich Text has a Link button. Let say you want to make a Link to a story e.g Audrey Lord Jones. You high light the word (after you type it in) then you click on the Link button above on the tool bar. (it has two circles like a link on it)Then a box comes up asking you for an address for the link. You type it in or copy past form the page you want to be linked then press enter. The word Audrey Lord Jones will be highlighted in blue. It them becomes a link to the page you want. I don't know how you do this when replying to a comment though. Maybe you can find out the HTML code for it and do it manually. You can try doing it in rich text when posting to a journal and when you have finished press on the HTML button to change the format and see the code for link. I am going to try that out right now. The link worked babe :-) I am now going to ask you to do something for me. I am half way through writing a humor fic (crack) I don't think there is enough of them involving Martha and 10, but I don't know if it is any good. I am going to post up the story and make it friends only so only my friends can see it. Honestly tell me what you think. I will post the link in this thread when I have it up, ;-)

Oooh! This a great idea. Here are a few that I would recommend:

I'd recommend a couple by Persiflage_1 for starters. There's This Man of Mine which is a fun & sexy Martha/John Smith, Martha/Ten romp.

I'd also recommend Ten Days,Ten Doctors by Persiflage_1 as it's also a good study of The Doctor and I think it gives good insight into Martha as well.

And last by Persiflage_1, I'd recommend Gallifreyan Festival of Lights. This is a sweet story that takes place right after "Gridlocked".

Also, I'd say Center of the Universe and Heavenly Star by Cantadora aka Radiantbaby. The first is a Casanova/Doctor Who crossover and the second is set right after the Human Nature/FOB two-parter. It's all about how The Doctor and Martha are able to move forward after everything that happened in 1913.

And lastly I'd recommend these fics from Fanfiction.net.

First by Tardis_mole are 1969 and the sequel, Missing Her.

My other favorite DW writer over on Fanfiction.net is Flaighan, and this story called Third of December is just perfect Ten/Martha ( ... )

You are an absolute darling!!! I would rec some stuff to you as well but I think you would have already read them. I am very much behind. I loved Persiflage's Martha Makes Her Move/Recollection and Farringham 1913 (00sophie told me about that one)Had me begging for John Smith!!

Ok The only one I know which you haven't read (you might have??? LOL) Was a small fic I wrote (Martha/Ten) for the Smith n Jones Porn Battle: Shag or Die
I added to my journal as well so you wouldn't have to shift through the other fics at the Porn Battle site.
