Yeah, I can totally understand that. Their customer service online is 50/50. Part sucks, part is great. As far as their service, I'm fine with it. Great data and call quality out here on the East Coast. I'm sorry that you don't get a signal and all that. Might want to go with a carrier that has lots of towers where you are. Maybe Verizon or T-Mobile have them.

The only thing I don't like about Sprint, is that they charge an extra 10 bucks a month for the data plan. Oh well. I'll go to Verizon, when my contract expires next year.
