Glad it's going well! Anything new is always exhausting anyway, so this is a double whammy for you. Give it a few weeks (months?) and you'll find it gets easier, and you'll get more energy. Until then, just be kind to yourself, get a lot of sleep, and don't try and burn the candle at both ends. Just add in things in evenings and weekends when you can cope.
