So my roommate has taken to throwing things at me as I am going to sleep including, but not limited to: scissors, shoes, a Halloween plastic skull, an address book, postcards, my textbooks, pencils, pens, my clothes...and my five-pound pumpkin.

Hmmm...how childish of him. Is there a specific reason that he throws these things at you, besides the obvious mental problems he seems to suffer from? And have you tried throwing them back ; )

and is this as the point just before you fall asleep, or just as you are laying in bed. Because the former would be so cruel.

good thing is he not an art major otherwise he would be throwing exacto-knives, general knives, paint, ect...
