How do you think - what will be the final result of the current crisis ternds?

Shouldn't be worse than great depression...
On a serious note some more short term pain, but things will eventually settle. RE will continue to be under pressure in certain localities, especially those where jobs and population are net negative.

I think I am agree with you. However - what can you tell about the benefit of the crisis? Will it teach people something useful?

Some learn, others won't. Some will forget in few years others won't. Ideally markets always adapt, yet there do undergo periods of extreeme irrational behavior.
