Further birthday treats
After my disaster trying to get Ubuntu onto my old laptop and inadvertently formatting the hard drive, my boss (well deputy-boss) managed to sort out the hard drive so all it needs now is an OS... due to a non-working CD drive I'm having to create a bootable USB drive with Ubuntu on it... so far so good although it still takes my laptop about a year to boot up.
Today (2nd Sept) is the wonderful Holmesslash mod and provider of the Friday Fives's birthday, so this is a little something for lyricalsoul (and liederlady221b).
