John has always kept kiddden that he was an Omega, so that he could do everything he wanted to do without predjudice. He stopped going into heat using pills. However, for some reason, his pills don't work, and he goes into heat when he and Sherlock are living together. Sherlock breeds him for the whole heat, and confessess to John how he feels about him.
Bonus points if you can also fit in some Mystrade.

(not prompter) really? I saw a fill similar to this except John wasn't hiding it, he wasn't yet in heat and Sherlock didn't confess his feelings after the heat. Link please? I have no desire to go through 46 pages. If the one you've mentioned is the one I'm thinking of then it differs slightly and I still second this prompt :D

Um... It's possible I might be able to fill this, but my idea is kinda scattershot and vignette-ish. More like a series of snapshot pictures (one of which would be hot, hot porn) of how this whole Omegaverse thing works and John and Sherlock's (and Mycroft and Lestrade's) places in it, rather than a single plot arc.

Hi! I was recced here from a journal that was outlining how A/B/O worked in Sherlock fandom and they pointed out your story. Fascinating stuff.
I just wanted to let you know that this bit sounded so much like what happens to girls in the Middle East/Arabic countries. As soon as they hit their first period, they are shoved into a secluded world and married off whenever. From our open culture, it sounds so very scary, not to mention limiting and misogynistic. Thanks for writing this.
