Baby talk makes Sherlock literally sick. As in, if he hears it, he wants to run for the nearest wastebasket to puke in it.

And of course Mycroft would favor the term "cupcake."

(OP may have a squick for cutsie names, and may have found most of these personally tolerable, but "Snookums"... takes the (cup)cake. Eegh. XD)
