It's the early 1800s, and Jane Watson takes care of her widowed father and her sister (or brother) in place of her mother. But her life takes a sudden turn when her father comes into some money and now wants to associate with more upper class people.
Jane now finds herself obliged to befriend the daughters of his father's new acquaintances. She is polite to them, but finds them all to be terribly boring- all of them, except for Sherlock, the tall, brilliant, and rebellious daughter of the Holmes family.
(Hee, yeah, I am asking for a historical AND gender-bent AU XD And if it turned into fem slash, too, I certainly would not complain XD)
