Mycroft - Eating disorder anonymous January 16 2012, 15:42:14 UTC
Mycroft, feeling totally responsible for Sherlock's death, just stops eating.

Lestrade and John try to take care of him, a way for Lestrade to get close the eldest Holmes while John is taking his mind of Sherlock's death in trying to save his brother.

To be honest I can perfectly imagine this: my headcanon for Mycroft includes something more drastic than a diet, a real eating disorder, a problem, and I sadly find no difficulties in picturing this post-Reichenbach scenario :(

Seconded!

Yes, poor Mycroft. I've always thought that his calm was hiding something because he is as smart as Sherlock but never act like him - so I thought maybe his 'Mummy' made him behave against this frightening intelligence, and he began having trouble eating because of it, like having control over the food was at least one way to have control over his life, because the rest of it was already planned by his parents.

And for me, he somehow swore when Sherlock was born that he would never let anyone try to build and change his brother like he had been...
And now, he is part guilty of his little brother's death...No control over it either....

That's so saaaaaaaad. Poor thing. I want this prompt filled, pwease!

He certainly wasn’t prepared to see a black car waiting for him at the building entrance and he certainly wouldn’t get in the car - because he wasn’t sure even after four months that he could face Mycroft without punching him - or worse ; killing him, eviscerate him, making him suffer, and screaming - - ‘why did you let him die? Why did you let him deal with it alone? Why did you think I could help? I am just me, and look where we are now - and screaming some more ( ... )

This is quite good, and I have to say you write very well for a non- native speaker.
