Sherlock is finally ready to come back from the dead, but for whatever reason, a hit has been put on John. Sherlock decides to protect John without revealing he is alive, because he figures that if the assassin doesn't know, Sherlock will have an easier, more effective time keeping John safe. Sherlock proceeds to thwart the assassin at every turn.

Then there's an emotional reunion at the end of it all.
