How you got into Sherlock: through friends telling me I should watchi this amazing series. I was hooked within the first 5 minutes of A Study in Pink!
Other adaptations you enjoy: I liked the first Guy Ritchie movie, the second not so much. That's about all for the other adaptations.
Favourite Sherlock character(s)/pairing(s): Sherlock, John, Mycroft, Lestrade and Molly. Sherlock/ John shipper all the way! It's plain they love each other very much.
A prompt you'd like to see filled: John has a bit of a kink for pretty boys in eyeliner (he refers to it as guyliner). He suspects it comes from listening to lots of Bowie as a kid and watching Rocky Horror once too often with Harry. One day John comes home to find Sherlock wearing guyliner, maybe for a case, maybe for an experiment. It makes John all hot, bothered and wibbly. Bonus points if Sherlock's wearing the type of clothes you'd go out goth clubbing in.
Favourite episode and why: Riechenbach. Martin Freeman's acting is beyond superb ( ... )

The only other thought I had was latex jeans, like these ones from ego assassin (bad pic) http://store02.prostores.com/servlet/ego-assassin/the-450/ICON/Detail
I did also find these PVC buckled jeans while I was looking for the latex ones http://www.cathouseclothing.com/fetishclothing/91-pvc-buckle-side-jeans-plus-size.aspx

For some reason, latex just doesn't work the same for me. Arses generally feel better in pvc than latex IMO - I have carried out empirical research just to ascertain this, you realise.

And, like the scientist I am, I shall bow to your tried and proved hypothesis with regards to arses in latex vs PVC. :) I must admit I find latex a bit too sticky to the touch myself and it's much less forgiving that PVC, but it can look good on the right person. PVC jeans for the win! :)

And more eta, I've also previously done a 30 part collab series in the CSI fandome which is here http://masqueradex2.livejournal.com/

I'm slowly moving my fic from my old journal, to this one and AO3. You can find my AO3 stuff here: http://archiveofourown.org/users/mandatorily and my favorite of the stuff not moved yet @ my old journal, here: http://scoopchick.livejournal.com/122684.html.

I will note, though, that I haven't written anything apart from the short Sherlock fic a couple of weeks ago for about five years, so I'm quite rusty. My day job involves writing briefs, info, etc on medicines for our minister of health and I think that's we're most of my writing energy has gone. :)

I just started writing again after two years! Actually, I also write in my RL job, but haven't been able to write anything for that either. So, let's just treat this like an experiment and see what happens. Looks like we could both use the practice and at least this way it'll be in a non-judgmental environment with a really AWESOME scenario to ponder. :)

Yup, an experiment sounds like a good plan. I'll ponder on it and put some thoughts down on paper and email them to you.
