Someone break in at 221b, looking for articles of value but what does he find? A head in the fridge, eyes in the microwave, blood splattered on the floor, maybe some intestines on the kitchen table with the leftovers from a recent meal right beside them and so on. The thief's scared out of his mind, thinking about serial killers but the moment he tries to leave the owners of the flat come home. And they are just as scary, unpredictable and insane as he had imagined them to be.
