PROMPT: Crash-course on John Watson

I’m thinking of something along these lines:
For whatever reason Sherlock finds himself alone in the room with John’s girlfriend, who is trying and failing to make small talk, so the conversation goes from, like, “We are going to have a picnic this weekend” - “Actually, John hates eating outside” to “One day we would like our daughter to…” - “Actually, John wants three sons”, or something. In the end the girl storms out, and Sherlock is all like “What? It was a simple deduction”.

Basically, I’m asking for Sherlock demonstrating his detailed knowledge of everything John-related, sincerely not realizing it makes them sound like an old married couple.
Even better if John dismisses it with a smile and “A bit not good, yeah”.
