Honestly, I was sort of picturing her as an equally modernized-from-Victorian-times Amelia Peabody Emerson (who may possibly have been my mental template for Action-Adventure!Mom since high school) throughout the fic; especially with the way she deals with her brilliant problem kids.

Which made me a very, very happy camper.

Love this! The voice I heard for Amelia was Nigella Lawson! Must be the fact that she had ordered flapjacks before she introduced herself! Very fun.
