When Harry's drinking gets her into trouble, she does missing and John has to go after her. Observing John's worries and desperation, Sherlock starts to think about Mycroft and how hard it must have been for him to deal with a junkie brother.

So, I need some sibbling angsty/love and I'll have your babies if you gimme some.

As the eldest sister of somewhat wayward siblings this speaks to me. It'll be some time (and likely more of a one-off than an epic), but I'm going to have a go at this and un-Anon so you can pester me.

Clarification: Should this be a habitual problem of Harry's or just the latest disaster? Do you want some shmoop or mostly angst about caring for an addict sibling?

Argh - I am getting there slooowly. I hope to have something up by the end of the weekend.
