I forgot to mention: I'm converting to Judaism. I have yet to begin anything, my goal now is to locate a Rabbi. Wish me luck?

Nope, I'm pretty serious about it. I'm going to look in the phonebook for a Rabbi in my area. There is a Jewish Center at the University of Maryland, I might go there. I'm pretty excited about it.

that's really neat. Judaism is a really personal type of religion that centers around giving tsdakah and learning for the sake of learning blah blah blah.... anywho

why are you doing it? Is it just like a personal choice not motivated by anything in particular?

It's a personal choice. I don't really want to talk about it here, but I'm on my way. I've already started my studies. It's only one step at time. :)
