Amen, hun!! As a smoker, I do my best to follow the rules, not smoking where I'm not allowed to and not throwing my butts on the ground, but they need to allow us SOMEWHERE. And you are right, the government is already too involved in our lives, making it hard for people to smoke anyway with the unbelievably high taxes on cigarettes.
