DAMN! Good for you! I need this kind of inspiration, thank you for sharing this. I got myself down to 147 with the same goal (I'd lost about 70 lbs at that point), then got really unmotivated ("Good enough, I can pig out again" haha... um, no) and bounced back up to the 160s. Been fighting my way back down ever since.
Thank you so much! I also managed it once before, but didn't even make it through the weekend before I bounced back up. I am determined to make it stick this time though. It's a lifetime thing and sometimes that is mind boggling.
