First of all, your meals for today sound awesome. I need to steal that black bean chili recipe from you again, I've really gotten into black beans lately.

Second of all, i still can't believe how much discipline you have and how amazing you are about all this. I think I'd be terrified if I wrote down all the stuff I ate each day. D:

Oh, this is an all new black bean chili recipe. LOL. I make a new variation every week. This week is a ground beef and black beans base. I am going to recipe dump again soon. I have been cooking up a storm lately. My next obsession appears to be variations of chicken salad. I lead a very exciting life. Mmmhmm.

It's not really discipline so much as crazy. ;) Actually, I've had periods of time where I tried not to track or just sucked at it and I always gain weight. I need this to self check myself.
