I don't know why, but I always get the urge to make biscotti around the holidays. I've made 3 kinds so far today - Christmas (with candied fruit and almonds), Double Chocolate (chocolate dough with chocolate and vanilla chips), and Cinnamon Hazlenut. I may make one more kind...probably orange cranberry, but maybe not. There's already way too
