Biscotti!

I don't know why, but I always get the urge to make biscotti around the holidays.  I've made 3 kinds so far today - Christmas (with candied fruit and almonds), Double Chocolate (chocolate dough with chocolate and vanilla chips), and Cinnamon Hazlenut.  I may make one more kind...probably orange cranberry, but maybe not.  There's already way too

These look amazing. Never have known anyone who makes their own biscotti (and you don't drink coffee !... holy crap...) I am totally impressed here.
You must be one popular lady around your office these days !

Actually, biscotti are REALLY easy to make, since you bake them in "loaves" and then just slice them rather than shaping individual cookies. The time consuming part is the baking - the bake twice, and rather slowly each time. Everyone in my office is cursing me for ruining their diets this morning! :)
