It's not fair to be sick on vacation

I've been on vacation since Wednesday, though I spent the first couple of days running around to appointments, etc. I had to have a followup mammogram and ultrasound (still not perfect, have to go back in 6 months), Jack has his annual vet appointment, I needed a manicure & pedicure, needed to get Jack's raw food, and so on. This cold has really kicked my butt. I'm out of bed and moving around, even went to the store and took Jack for a walk the last couple of days (a short walk, but still a walk). I still can't breathe, though. It's making me crazy.

At least I'm home and can just be a vegetable. This would REALLY suck if I had to go to work!
