Snow Day!

We got snow yesterday...boy did we get snow! It was that wet, heavy snow and there were already a couple of inches of it on the ground when I got up. My office didn't open until 10:30 and then sent everyone home again by noon. Of course that happens when I'm working from home! Ah well, better to work a full day and not fight the mucky roads

If a dog romping in the snow doesn't make a person smile, then they simply don't have a mouth!!

My dog was born in May so he was still very small and still a puppy in his first winter (in Montreal). He used to leap straight up and try to catch the snowflakes as they fell, it was hilarious!

Back in those prehistoric days before pollution, when freshly fallen snow was white and very clean, our most common (and favourite) warning was: "Don't eat the yellow snow!" LOL!

Jack's got unique proportions, so his sweaters fit better if I knit them myself. I can make sure they're long enough for his body but don't get pee'd on if I custom fit them. I can never find anything in a store that fits my little guy.
