Wow that was a fast reply! Thanks, I hope so too. :( I think it just needs a break, but at the same time I don't want to be a pussy and stop working out/ get fat!
If you just give it a week or so you should be fine. Maybe go and lift some weights/do crunches/other things that don't require leg use while it's out of commission so your don't get stuck in a rut of not going?
Yeah, I will probably have to. At least until next weds or something. But either way, I have to bike to school and that does use some knee power. I'll prob. just wear the brace over my jeans during the ride. I don't care if the Dutch boys think its weird/don't look at me, they seem to all be gay anyway!
Yeah, that's just how my body does. I'm totally healthy most of the time but when one thing happens, everything else snowballs from there. It'll pass. *hugs*
I'm no doctor, but that sounds a lot like a thyroglossal duct cyst. When you say on top of your larynx, I'm assuming on the midline...so go see your doctor and get some antibiotics.
The first time you and I met, I don't know if you remember but I was wearing a lot of high collars, even in July. This was because I had a thyroglossal cyst - basically a big lump smack dab on the middle of my neck.
You can Google it, but the jist of it is that thyroglossal duct cysts are not life-threatening, unless you let them go forever without treatment, and a quick round of antibiotics should do the trick since thyroglossal cysts are usually triggered by an infection.

Thanks for the heads up! It seems a lot smaller than yesterday, but I'll get it looked at anyway.
