So I'm sitting here, staring at all the stuff I need to pack for my move. I think I've avoided the task for too long, and now I wish I really lived in the world of Harry Potter and I could wave a wand and pack it all without having to pack it...you know what I mean. Woot! You posted! I'm so glad you posted about this. I know you. You don't like to talk about things, but the wheels keep turning and sometimes I have to pry it out of you.

3 things. . . M said he'd want a swiss army knife, a pot to boil water, and the third he's not so sure about.

Hmph. I was going to say something like music, maybe a phone, and some food. He's all Mr. Practical about it.

I know the feeling of packing two boxes and not knowing what exactly to bring. All I have to say is make sure you do the balikbayan thing and weigh your boxes to the max. Most important things I took with me to Japan......computer, camera, and a guide book.
Hmm...I suppose being on a stranded island would be a bit different. In that case I would like to have a machete, a pot, and maybe some bedding like a pillow=)
