HAHA<3 I know its kinda funny huh? Didn't think beer bonging and the lake/river would be my thing but it was rad. coffee in the morning (soy sugar free vanilla latte always) if have carbs its always in the morning, I watch my salt intake cause i retain alot of water weight hense why i have to take diaretics/water pills, I don't eat red meat at all havent in probably almost a year now, only poultry (chicken fish turkey) and I never eat past 3 or 4.
