Silly, you've got to have a respiratory illness first before you get pneumonia. Of course, you would also be in massive loads of pain right now too. Like complete bed-ridden pain.

Pneumonia's forms range from a mild condition treatable at home to a potentially fatal infection requiring hospitalization.

It also caused me to be having asthma.

i had pneumonia and i was in the hospital for a week

i didnt actually experience high level respitory illness prior so i think it is possible?

its weird. go into the hospital slightly sick go out really sick. CRAZY!

i had it once, we caught it very late.... 3 more days and i woulda been dead they told me..w as in the hospitol for a week straight and had a 1/2 tube in my side to suck out disgusting infectious fluid from my lung. be thankfull, i went through hell when i had it... but thats what i get for being stubborn and not believing in doctors unless its REALLY serious... the funny thing is... the doctors office dwasnt gunn let me come inwhen we called cuz they were too booked... if i woulda waited till when they said.. i woulda been dead
