I bought the The Bluest Eye today by Toni Morrison. I'm so excited to read it especially because I got it at a garage sale for 50 cents. Little did I know that this treasure was just inside the house behind me. I wish I was taking a women's lit class but online classes are not the way to go at nccc. or ever.

that book is so good. senior year of high school i did a power point presentation on it, and had billie holiday playing in the backround. the kids in my class had nothing on me.
