I so have to agree, thats one of the reasons why i quit. I didnt wanna have to deal with all that shit, so i said FUCK it and FUCK poms! <3

Are you saying this to make yourself feel confident? Seriously. It seems that YOU have to put everyone down to make yourself feel better and confident about yourself. These things that happen are a part of life...things that YOU have to get over... things that YOU shouldn't be complaing about. Get over it. And the half of the squad that you hate, I'm sure they hate you right back.

I understand you want to do good at competition. But I think everyone needs confidence, and you take it away from them. That's all you do and you wonder why everyone has attitude. Nobody thinks we'll do good. Nobody thinks it's fun. But you're not helping any of it.

And just wondering, what does being a Freshman or Sophomore have to do with anything? Because that's what JV is? What about the girls that made Varsity but had to be bumped down to JV because there wasn't enough room for them? I do believe there were some girls that are on Varsity that were orignally on JV but Juniors weren't allowed to be on JV.

Stop worrying about everyone else.

okay. im sorry for having a bitch session. i dont hate anyone. its really hard being responsible for an entire squad. maybe you dont realize what it is to be in charge of girls, and be responsible for their preformance: but its put on my shoulders to make sure girls arent talking and that they practice hard and look their best at preformances. im sorry for being negative? but ms k n ms g put it on me n steph to run practices. im one to take initiative - and when people are talking and not caring about effort put into things: its really harsh. i know i yell and scream to stop talking - but if i dont, no one else will step up and assume "bitch" role. i shouldnt have aimed that at jv...everyone is awesome at something, and im not claiming to be the best dancer either. im sorry for taking things out of line - but you try running practice while several people are careless. its sucks because poms is all i have - and i really want us to succeed and go somewhere this year. i dont tell you guys it cant be done, or that it sucks. no - because ( ... )
