ok here is what you do :P u get a bbgun
and you hide in the bushes... and when he goes by.. you shoot him in the ass

try not to laugh to hard and blow your cover while he grabs at his ass in pain ;)

retreat to your house then bust out with the laughter and perhaps he will be afraid to drive around on that thing again
