How vile, really.

Well, I have again been awarded a lovely comment spoken by Professor Snape himself that I ought to keep up with this entirely imbecilic journal project. One would think that my intelligent, lengthy conversations with Daphne via that dreadful commenting system is enough, but apparently Malcolm's writing "ha ha" in his journal is worth more than an ( Read more... )

Ravenclaw certainly appreciated your cheering for them, Tracey.
It was also nice to talk to you a bit at the party this last weekend.

Well, that's good.
I think so too - I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. We should do it again sometime.

If you've gotten a note from Professor Snape, that means I'll no doubt be getting one any moment. I suppose I should try to keep it from being necessary, but I had hoped our conversations via the entries would qualify.

Ignore your uncle. No doubt you'll be more than able to rebuy whatever he threw out - and in a newer fashion as well. Never fear, dear.

I'm quite disappointed in the Ravenclaw Seeker - what's her name? Chang? I had such hopes for her...however, I suppose nothing else could really be expected. No one at this school really knows how to play Quidditch, anyway - you have to go to France or Germany for a proper game - and even then, the it's not so good as the Russians.

Go with the black, dear.

I had as well, but apparently we're required to inform the entire population of Hogwarts of our personal endeavors rather than just the people we like. Which is really logical, isn't it? Ugh.

Of course I will - thank you. It's the mere principle of the thing, though, you know? I'm just so enraged that he would have the audacity to do such a thing!

Yes, Chelsea Chang, I believe. I'd expected better from her as well, but you're quite right; it's all very amateur here. I suppose she can't be blamed; it's the fault of whoever trained her. I certainly hope that I give a slightly better performance than the majority of players here, at least. I plan on being coached by an actual professional over the summer so that I can shine next year.

Thank you, Daphne, I was having quite a lot of difficulty choosing. There are just so many options that it boggles my mind on occasion.

You'd think, with all the nonsense that's posted via these silly journals, the professors would have had enough of it. I suppose they're just gluttons for punishment.

Indeed. I know I would pitch quite the fit, should my parents remove any of my outfits.

You're absolutely wonderful, dear - I just meant most of the people outisde Slytherin. It's like they don't put any effort forward at all. It's really quite a shame.

You're more than welcome, Tracey.

Some of them are just gluttons, period, hm?

Of course! It's absolutely horrid. I'm torn between wanting to shriek at him via a Howler, and just sitting in a state of utter shock at his nerve.

Thank you, Daphne. Most of the people outside Slytherin are indeed terrible at the game, but then again, they're very poorly trained in general. I'm constantly under the impression that several of our schoolmates were raised by wild dogs.
