we have quite a few interest in common (natural living, nutrition, autism/aspergers among others). Mind if I add you ? I rarely update my own journal though (I'm mainly using it to read community posts)
Would love to 'friend' you, especially after the recent interesting posts on a_a. Have also seen you around other lj places, i think. Here's some info about me that I just did up for femaelstrom:

Hey, I noticed you on an ME LJ group talking about mitochondrial failure and it took my interest as I am with private doctor Dr Myhill who believes ME patients have mito failure and tested me for it (and I have it) and is now treating me.
Interested in getting to know another sufferer on LJ! I don't have many LJ friends with the illness. Esp as I noticed you have a link to the Phoenix Rising site. I have learned a lot on there, esp the forum.
Hi, I'm friends with unpackingmad and somehow made it over to your userinfo-- a ton of your interests sound like things I'm into as well. Wanna be friends?
cool :) sorry if my previous comment was very vague. Some of the interests we seem to share are academia, being childfree, interested in mental health issues, literature, history, indigenous peoples' issues, etc. My journal isn't very scintillating-- I'm not especially proud of it, a lot is just "here's what I did today" and various rants related to my personal life-- but I do tend to be a good/frequent commenter in the journals of others.

My journal isn't that interesting either, but I do try to comment regularly, so we seem like a good match. :P
