Did you try looking him up on the sex offenders list? Odds are he's on it, and if that's the case, being near those girls is probably a breach of probation. You could cal in an anonymous tip or something.

My guess is, she will be angry with you if you tell her your concerns, but you may want to do it anyway. Or, if you can, talk to the girls, though it's clearly not your respinsibility, and let them know that no one has the right to touch them, and that they have the right to protect themselves. I don't know, it's a doozy you're dealing with. Good luck!

that's a good idea! although i don't suppose the sex offenders list would contain "creepy miguel who works for my landlord". wonder how i could find out his last name without arousing suspicion? you're right, though: if he is actually a legal u.s. resident, i would not at all be surprised if he were on the list.

i worry about my neighbor too of course. she is having such a hard time, the last thing she needs is a predator like that hanging around, a wolf in sheep's clothing to prey on her weaknesses and gobble her up. goddamn disgusting pathetic excuse for a man, i know it's not very zen or very muslim, but most days i really do wish him ill, God forgive me.
