camp in t-minus 3 weeks.  and counting . . .

I have to starch my bonnets.  I've got some sweet new craft ideas.  And the property managers said i could plant a garden!

I'm very disturbed by the bonnet starching. very very. unless it's a euphemism, in which case i'm moderately disturbed.

oh no, no euphemism. since i'm the american heritage instructor, and also because i love them, i get to wear bonnets all summer. except, last year, i couldn't wear them once they had been washed, because they got all floppy and blocked my vision. so i have to starch them, to make the brims stand out like they're supposed to.
