They taught us about the mouse studies. What they didn't mention was that the mice were extremely cranky, aggressive, and generally unpleasant to be around. :)

Yeah, I wouldn't be able to deal anymore with caloric restriction. I mean I already eat very healthy anyways with this gluten-free diet.

It says the net benefit of 35% caloric reduction is two years' lifespan and less chronic disease. Now I'm sure that 2 years is useful, but I don't like the payoff. Better to develop anti-inflammatory meds and enjoy the same benefits!

Right. I'm just interested in why this is happening. That being said I used to do this all the time when I was in my early 20s just at the end of college and in London.
