I am in the mood to call a whole lot of people on their bullshit today. Good thing I had a bagel. Bagels are soothing.

In other news, as one who has been in the workforce for over a decade, I find it frustrating to work with people who are unaccustomed to, well, working with people.

Damn you for being part of the work force that trained me to expect people to a) know their gig, b) trust everyone else to know their gigs, c) not be catty or evasive, and d) understand that proper communication is the key to getting shit done!

People don't always suck. There are loads of people I truly enjoy working with. The ones I don't enjoy so much are few but concentrated, and even they are tempered a bit by a girl I'd be happy to work with anywhere.

I think I'm just discovering anew that I am not cut out for office jobs and admin work.
