I can now state with some authority that, contrary to expectations, oatmeal does not have the same consistency going down as it does coming up.

Oddly, it's making me feel better about eating oatmeal. Now I know that the texture of oatmeal does NOT equal the texture of, uh, pre-digested oatmeal, which is reassuring.

I'm afraid I have to come in tomorrow to wrap up the Capitol Hill stuff for Don. I promise to wipe down everything I touch as thoroughly as I can. I don't want you three to get this.

well, we must have barfed it up at different stages of digestion. because i think my problem with it was that it DID have the same texture. haha. this is gross.

Oh, gross! I'm glad I was spared that, then, because I do so love my oatmeal.

Which is better, down or up?

Down. No question. No hint of bile with down, you see.

I thought I was feeling better this morning until I read your comment. The words "nacho cheese" made me queasy. Ick.
