I know a few posts ago I was loving the fact that it's now too hot to sleep with a blanket but. . . now, it's too hot to sleep. Period. Does anyone know how to counter this? I don't like air conditioners and I have a ceiling fan. Exhaustion generally does me in, but it seems like I'm staring at the ceiling for hours. Happy pills, perhaps

One thing I just remembered to do was spray myself with "Bug-Off," an all-natural spray that will repel bugs like chiggers and skeeters. It sucks getting bit in the middle of the night.
