Be very careful when you start physical therapy. I know many folk who have been misdiagnosed. The wrong exercise could set you back a long way, or cause things to heal and set incorrectly. Sore is ok, but pain is not. If you are having a hard time telling the difference, do some sort of simple exercise like squats, then see how your legs feel the next day; just to be able to see the difference between sore and pain. If you are having problems finding a good doctor or therapist, my dad has a guy he swears by, (after numerous knee and back surgeries this guy has finally helped him start existing without constant pain) so let me know.
