First of all Martha is a companion of the Doctor's, more than that Tens. So that actually gets Martha to cause an extra amount of insecurity and jealousy than even Sarah Jane. Sarah Jane was the past. Martha is the Doctor's present and future. Martha makes Rose the past, and that, that is just an awful feeling. She wonders how long until she'll be like Sarah Jane some name that the Doctor never mentions, never even thinks about. and with the Moff in charge that day is coming sooner and soonerSo Martha gets all that jealousy and insecurity all ready just by default before Rose even sees her or knows the first thing about her
